Tia Lynea Stoltzfus, 18, of Bird-In-Hand died unexpectedly at home October 25, 2018. She is survived by her mother Sharon and her step-father Ammon Stoltzfus; her siblings Jedidiah, Tovi, and Kezia; step-siblings, Sarah and Joseph; grandparents Ben and Emma Stoltzfus, Fred and Sandra Gingerich; also step-grandmother Rebeccah Stoltzfus. She was preceded in death by her father Vernon Stoltzfus and her grandmother Wilma Gingerich.
Tia graduated from high school this spring and was currently attending Millersville University.
She adored cats and had a deep compassion for helping hurting people. Her dream was to become a social worker in the mental health field in which she was familiar. When depression didn't cloud her vision, she enjoyed dance and theatre. She was a perfectionist and a talented writer. Her family meant everything to her and she grieved deeply the loss of her daddy since she was six. The demons of anxiety and depression drove her to end her life prematurely. Our hearts are permanently scarred from the loss of this beautiful life.
