William R. “Willie” Rowe, 68, of Talmage, passed away on Saturday, April 20, 2024. Born in Lancaster, he was the son of the late Ralph and Frances Cook Rowe. A Conestoga Valley graduate, Mr. Rowe was employed as a truck mechanic with various firms, and retired from Rose Hill Construction.
Bill enjoyed being with his friends and playing and managing softball teams for many years. He was a member of the Otters Club and the Cocalico Valley VFW. He especially enjoyed cooking sweet corn for large groups of people.
He is survived by: a sister, Janet wife of Reed Diem; niece, Jodi Mowery; and nephew, Erich Diem. He will be missed by his friends and family. There will be no viewing or memorial service.
